Dr. Frare graduated from the Tufts University School of Dental Medicine and pursued postgraduate training, including a Fellowship for Developmentally Disabled Individuals at Stony Brook University School of Dental Medicine. Additionally, he completed General Practice Residencies with the Veterans Administration Hudson Valley Health Care System and Lutheran Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York.
