Meet Robyn Leslie

Greater Vancouver (2025-2028)

Robyn graduated in 1993 from VCC and has worked since in various practice settings but mainly in periodontal offices. She also taught part-time for 5 years in the UFV Dental Hygiene program and briefly supervised a few UBC clinics that were held in New Westminster at Douglas College. Robyn found working with the students and watching them develop clinical and communication skills very fulfilling and enjoyed helping them succeed in their chosen field just as she had been supported and guided during her time at VCC.

During her career, Robyn has had much satisfaction and still enjoys the interaction with patients and helping them generate health and wellness. As a BCDHA Board Director, Robyn hopes to contribute to the Association and also to support and promote the dental hygiene profession itself and its members. She truly appreciates all that she has gained from being a dental hygienist and sincerely hopes to help the profession take positive, forward motion. As a Board Director, Robyn is able to contribute what she has learned from her years of experience and to give back to the profession and to the upcoming dental hygienists.
