Meet Tiffany Norbjerg

Director — Dental Hygiene Practice Owner (2026-2029)

Tiffany has had the privilege of working in a wide variety of practice settings, including community health, periodontal and general practices, and general anesthesiology. These experiences have given her a deep appreciation for the diversity, complexity, and evolving nature of our profession, as well as the many roles dental hygienists play in improving the health and well-being of the communities we serve.

Tiffany obtained a dental hygiene diploma from Camosun College and a Bachelor of Dental Science in Dental Hygiene through UBC. She has also expanded her clinical scope through certification in Orofacial Myofunctional Therapy and proudly owns and operates  an independent dental hygiene practice in the Comox Valley.

Tiffany is deeply dedicated to dental hygiene and professional advocacy and is especially passionate about equitable access to care, supporting individuals with disabilities and their families, along with helping empower dental hygienists navigating the growing world of independent practice. Tiffany brings to the Board valuable insight into the importance of strong representation, thoughtful leadership, respect and collaboration within our profession.
